Belinda has been in charge of everything parcel related since joining us in 2013. All hearing aids, assistive devices and accessories that move in and out of the practice go through her hands as they make their way to and from our various practices, our patients and our suppliers. She makes sure that everything that goes out, comes back and everything that comes in is checked, documented, filed, and assigned appropriately, whilst also ensuring that the patients are kept informed and reminded of appointments, repairs and collections.
Nicole’s upbeat and calm personality has been a valuable asset at the front desk in Wynberg since 2013. When she’s not answering the phones and dealing with what reception can challenge one with, she sorts out paper work that nobody ever gets to! Her friendly youthful face up front is exactly what every hearing impaired person needs when they visit our rooms.
Fish Hoek Receptionist
Lizel is our full time receptionist in Fish Hoek. She joined the practice in 2019 with many years of experience in a variety of fields. Lizel has endless patience and is always ready to share a smile. With her warm heart and calm demeanor, Lizel takes great care of our Fish Hoek rooms and, of course, our patients in the ‘Deep South’.
Doreen van Rensburgh
Doreen is our occasional in-house bookkeeper who has to make sense of the book work. She does not have contact with any of our patients, but has quietly managed to cure the headaches caused by SARS, VAT, Debtors, Creditors and other terms very foreign to Audiologists in general! Together with Karen, she keeps Francis on her toes and well-informed.
Bridget is responsible for all our web development which includes not only our beautiful website but also the websites that we sponsor for the South African Hearing Institute, the Road to Independence and SA Hearing. She creates art out of information which we believe is a form of art in itself!
Ricardo is our saving grace when anything and everything goes wrong. He keeps our PC’s ticking, our Laptops loaded and all other PC slang from being slung. With the amount of computers we have running at any one time, there is never a dull moment in Ricardo’s schedule and we are ever grateful for his readiness to save the day!
